Understand Your Sensitivity.
Learn How to Work With It.

Could You Be Highly Sensitive?
You may have spent years being told that you're “too sensitive,” or wondering why experiences that seem easy for other people can sometimes feel overwhelming to you
Are you easily overwhelmed?
Do you need plenty of time to yourself?
Do you seem to feel other people's emotions?
Do you become irritated or overwhelmed when you have too much to do at once?
Do details sometimes overwhelm you, even though you can often “see” what needs to be done faster than others?
Do you work in a healing or helping profession?
Are you a teacher or educator?
Learn More About High Sensitivity
If you recognize yourself in several of these experiences, understanding your sensitivity can be an important first step. Through Miracle-Minded Life Coaching, I can help you develop practical ways to work with your sensitivity and feel stronger, more grounded and better supported in everyday life.
Dr. Elaine Aron, author of The Highly Sensitive Person, has researched high sensitivity for decades. High sensitivity, also known as Sensory Processing Sensitivity, is considered a normal temperament trait, not a disorder or diagnosis.
My Experience as a Highly Sensitive Person

As a highly sensitive person with highly developed intuition and clairvoyance, no one had a term for what I was experiencing when I was growing up. I was simply called “too sensitive” by my friends and family.
Like many highly sensitive people, I made the assumption that something was wrong with me. Perhaps you have made this assumption too?
There is nothing wrong. You may simply need the right support.
After years of trial and error, trying to figure out how to take care of myself, I developed the tools and strategies for spiritual hygiene. I have shared these practices with clients for more than twenty years to help them better understand and care for their sensitivity.
Through Miracle-Minded Life Coaching, I can help you identify key areas where you may be “leaking your energy and power” and develop practical tools, habits and strategies to support you throughout your life.
Together, we can create a strategy to help you stay strong, grounded and happy as a Highly Sensitive Person.
If you are in a healing, helping or teaching profession, these practices can also support greater strength and stamina in your work and service.
